La Senda
La Senda, a unique farm sanctuary, is nestled just 30 minutes away from Tamarindo, home to the Hotel Calaluna. This sister property, originally intended to supply the hotel with organic produce, has evolved into a haven where you can disconnect from the world and commune with nature.
But slowly, the Pachamama´s good energy took charge and turned these 74 acres into a sanctuary where you can disconnect from the world and let nature whisper to you.
The labyrinth
Magic happened after discovering several points of energy on the property , which led to plant the most amazing open labyrinth with cactus, fulfilled with symbolisms that represent harmony and balance.
Stretching over almost 3 kilometers, the La Senda labyrinth is a dynamic, ever-changing energy vortex. It’s a powerful, unique opportunity to connect with your higher self, guided by the transformative energy of the land.
This project has been certified by the Gaia Foundation under the program Sendero de Paz, Madre Tierra, which contributes to preserving the earth and is an example of a Wellness tourist destination.
Activities
A day at la Senda will be about learning and fun. In the herbs garden, you will discover the secrets of ancient medicine and explore the marvel of bees, an indispensable tool for pollination.
You can take a cooking class, meditate in the middle of the labyrinth, or participate in some of the different spiritual and holistic activities they host.
Spend the night at the cute tents available, where you will witness the beauty of Guanacaste´s nights, or walk around and recharge your energy.
