His path began with the same itching that we all have at some point in our lives: a bit of discomfort, the sensation of being out of place, that we don’t belong. Like many of us, he quieted it down with alcohol and other substances that usually help us to ease the pain.

From a young age, he felt the need to look for answers, and this brought him to yoga and meditation; he also started to free himself from addiction, but his addictive habits and compulsions took a different turn by satisficing with food, he could eat lots, just for the simple pleasure of eating until the body got sick and pushed him to take matters into his own hands. Doctors did not give him a specific diagnosis, but his organs were to react to any form of medicine.

At this critical point, Oli knew he needed to make serious changes in his life to fix his issues because food was an essential key to his health; he started learning about it, trying different things, and the process not only brought him physical health, but a deep understanding of his emotions and himself, a journey back to balance that he documented on his blog to inspire others to take control of the areas in their life that may need attention.

Detox

One of the most helpful tools he used to get back to health was Detox. Our bodies need to get rid of old toxins accumulated over the years to absorb the goodness of healthy food.

Oliver now masters the art of removing impurities from the body in a natural way.
